So, what is a F.R.O.G. Folder?
The F.R.O.G. Folder is a special folder your child will bring to and from school everyday this year.
This folder houses EVERYTHING students and parents need to keep up-to-date with what is going on at school. Gone are the days of wrinkled papers and lost notes, newsletters, or calendars.
Everything you need is in one folder! F.R.O.G. Folders are important! They help students establish good organizational skills which they will continue use throughout their time in school.
So if you want to know what's "Hoppening" in Ms. Shipes' Pre-K Classroom, just look in your child's F.R.O.G. Folder.
F.R.O.G.: Fully Responsible Organized & Growing
F.R.O.G. Do's: Take care of your FROG; it will be used all year! Clean out the "Keep at home" pocket every evening. Take your FROG home everyday and bring it back each morning. Keep your FROG clean - do not eat or drink in front of your FROG! Show your FROG to your parents everyday - they will be so proud of your new responsibility!
F.R.O.G. Dont's: Don't put any papers in your FROG that do not belong. Don't make any marks or drawings in or on your FROG. Don't leave your FROG at home, in the car or bus, or at daycare. Don't let anyone borrow your FROG or tear pages out of your FROG.
