Homework will be a part of the final subject grade as well as class participation and writing samples.

 

 

For the most part, all Language Arts tests (reading, spelling, phonics, and grammar) will be given on Friday unless there is no school that day. If that is the case, I will inform you well in advance of the testing schedule if there is a day off on a Friday. A few days notice will be given for Math, Science, and Social Studies. Please check your child's agenda for these dates.

 

 

In order to prepare for the tests, please review your child's interactive notebooks every night with them. In them, you will find their spelling words, and any other important notes that need to be studied.

 

 

Please READ with your child. Also, spend at least 10 minutes a night reviewing their minute math.
