Mr. Fleming’s Biography

Mr. Fleming earned a Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics and mathematics education from Delaware State University in 1995.  His teaching career began in January 1995 in the State of Delaware, where he taught middle school mathematics. Mr. Fleming taught in the State of Delaware for four years while continuing to drive a tractor-trailer several nights a week and weekends a career he started in 1986. Mr. Fleming began his teaching in the State of New Jersey with the Camden City Public School District. While working in the State of New Jersey,  Mr. Fleming has taught in the City of Pleasantville for 19 years. (PleasanTech Academy Charter School and Pleasantville Public School District). Mr. Fleming earned a Master’s Degree in School Administration and Educational Leadership from Rowan University.  

Mr. Fleming has also taught for several years as an adjunct mathematics professor at Delaware Technical Community College, Wesley College Dover, DE and Burlington County Community College, located in Pemberton, NJ. Mr. Fleming believes in hard work and perseverance.

Mr. Fleming held the following positions throughout his educational career: high school principal, middle school assistant principal, and interim assistant principal with the Pleasantville School District, and director and middle school mathematics teacher. Presently, Mr. Fleming is working as a middle school mathematics teacher and feels very privileged to serve the students, work with an outstanding group of teachers, staff, and school administrator.
