Hi !

 

I am looking forward to meeting you all and getting to know all about you! I have been teaching for 16 years!  I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary/Special Education and Psychology from Rider University.  Most of my time has been spent at Van Holten School with a couple years at Milltown School.    2 Fun facts... I have taught mostly every grade at VH (except 3rd) but most of my years were spent in First Grade!  It is my favorite!  I love to exercise! 

 

 

 

 

 

This summer I had a lot of fun with my 4 children!  Nick and Halle are boy/girl twins and will be in 7th grade, Mia is 10 and will be going into 5th grade and my youngest, Harper, will be going into First Grade! We also have a 2 year old St. Bernard dog named Hannah.  She  keeps us VERY busy.  We love to go swimming, play outside, and go out for ice cream!  We spent some time this summer  in Lake Placid, NY.  We had a great time doing some small hikes, going out to dinner, and going boating.  

 

 

 

Our Van Holten open house will be on Tuesday, September 5th from 2pm - 3pm.  Please stop by, check out our classroom and meet me!

 

September 6th is the first day of school!  It is a full day and lunch will be served.  We will be having an afternoon snack daily.  Please send your child in with a nut free snack each day.  Also, check out the list of school supplies needed for First Grade.
