Welcome to our 18-21 Work Internship Program.  The objective of our course is to partner with Delsea Regional High School Departments and local businesses to give our students internship and externship work experiences.

When students have opportunities to work both in school and in our communities, it prepares them for the world of work and helps them to establish career goals.  

Students will explore career development tools and resources to identify interests, values, and abilities (skills).  As students identify their interests, they will do career research to learn about different jobs and the skills needed to pursue those careers.
