Course Description: All students receive a full year of the integrative science course. The students will engage in activities designed to enhance their problem-solving skills. Students will be required to complete challenging reading and writing assignments, perform investigative laboratory exercises, and actively participate in classroom discussions. Additionally, this course will work with resources and materials that emphasize the importance of integrative science in our daily lives.
Course Objectives/Curriculum:
Our science curriculum gives students the opportunity for in-depth, hands-on learning touching on new and different subject matter in each grade. Each unit has been designed to introduce students to rigorous science content that correlates with the Next Generation Science Standards through hands-on investigation and problem-solving activities.
