I believe that parent-teacher relationships are important for maximum school success. During our school year there will be a variety of special classroom activities and celebrations. I encourage you to attend these functions when possible and to support them by sending needed items. Your support of school activities makes your child feel important and sends the message that you value school too. Please rememebr our monthly Parent Teacher Organization {P.T.O} meets on the last Tuesday of every monrth from 5:00 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. Please attend!
School starts at 8:50 a.m. and typically ends at 3:05 p.m. Unless there is a half-day, school will end at 1:35 p.m. If you need to pick up your child during the school day, you must sign her/him out at the school office before 2:15 p.m. Your child must maintain regular and prompt attendance to ensure academic and social success. When your child arrives on time and regards school attendance as a priority, they build independence, confidence and balance and will regard their academics seriously.
Please remember to check their agenda on a daily basis. In their agenda is their homework, and reminders. More importantly, please read the first 12 pages of their agenda which explains the school uniform, phone numbers, attendance, late to school or early sign outs, promotion or retention, etcetera.
