Welcome to Room 206!
Welcome to 5th grade at Eisenhower School! I hope you had a wonderful summer! I am very excited to meet you in September and get this awesome year started! I will be your homeroom teacher as well as your Math and Science teacher!
This year will be very exciting as there will be many new things to learn, discover and explore. You will meet new friends, learn new things and set new goals. We will spend the first few days getting to know eachother, our classroom expectations, and our school expectations. The most important thing to bring each day is a positive and respectful attitude!
In addition to that, below is a list of suggested items to bring:
*NO BINDERS PLEASE*
- A sturdy plastic folder for homework
- An independent reading book (preferably one that is new to you!)
- PENCILS PENCILS PENCILS :)
- A pair of ear buds (or headphones if you prefer) These will REMAIN in school!
- A soft pencil case. Hard pencil boxes will not fit in the desk
- Tissues if you have allergies
- A water bottle each day (only water is allowed in the classroom) Water bottles will not be kept on student desks. We have a designated shelf for them.
