Concert Dates and Events:

The Bridgewater-Raritan Instrumental Music Program schedules events in advance to allow teachers, parents, and students to make plans ahead of time. All listed events are required for the following ensembles. Please write these dates into your family calendar. There may be additional dates added during the school year. Detailed information will be sent home before each event.

For your calendars, here are the proposed concert dates for BRMS band students. Please add these to your family calendars as soon as possible!

 

• Winter School Assembly - Friday, December 23 (during the school day)
• Winter Band Concert - Thursday, January 26 at 7pm
• Fine Arts Festival (Band Evening) - Thursday, March 30 at 7pm
• Spring Band Concert - Thursday, May 4 at 7pm
• Music In The Parks Trip - Friday, June 2 (Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band Only - All day event)
• End of the Year School Assembly - Friday, June 16 (during the school day)

 

 

Concert Dress-

All evening concerts, festivals, and in-school field trips require concert dress for performers. Concert dress must abide by school dress codes.

 

• Concert Dress is all black from head to toe for all students.
• Acceptable Examples:
• Black dress shirt, black trousers/slacks, black socks, and black shoes
• All black dress and black shoes
