Grades will be calculated using the following categories/percentages:
- Summative assignments (70%): evaluate student learning after multiple lessons. Examples of summative assignments are quizzes, tests, and projects.
- Formative assessments (30%): evaluate student comprehension, learning needs, and academic progress during a lesson. Examples of formative assessments are MathXLs, IXLs, Edia, and practice graded for correctness. Classwork and homework are part of this category.
