Are you a new student and need to register at Eastside Elementary? 

Before you register online or come to the office please make sure you can provide the following items:

• 4 proofs of residency showing you reside in Eastside's district. One must be the guardian's picture ID
• Drop slip form previous school
• Birth Certificate
• Social Securtiy Card
• Shot Records

*Any custody documentation may also be necessary.
