Make-up Work
• Students are responsible for making up missed work and tests.
• Students that do not make-up work or tests that they missed during class will receive a grade of zero (0).
Tests
• In general, test dates will be announced at least one week before the test is given.
• Take-Home assignments must be submitted by the due date assigned by the teacher. Five (5) points off will be taken off each day past the deadline, including weekends.
• Make-up tests will be assigned when the student returns to class. Make-ups will only be administered with a doctor's note (due to sickness) or a parent's letter explaining the reason for the absence.
Class Preparedness Includes
•Being on time to class
•Having all the required class materials when we meet, including a pencil and eraser.
•Students are not ALLOWED to write in PEN during Math time.
Class Participation Includes
•Following directions
•Actively participating in class discussions and activities
•Working effectively with other students
•Board work
