Dear 5th Grade Parents,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Mr. Amaya and I am so excited to be your child's 5th grade teacher. During the year, I will be teaching your child Math.
Throughout the year, it is important to have a strong parent-teacher relationship. If at any time you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me. You can email me at [email protected]. On Thursday, I will send you instructions by email on how to subscribe to Remind. Remind is a communication platform I use to post homework assignments as well as important reminders, news, and other information that might be helpful. You can use Remind to communicate with me if you have any inquiries regarding your child's academic progress.
See below to find out your Google Classroom codes for your Specials. Ensure your child joins the class for all the specials. Please encourage your son/daughter to check their school email and accept an invite I sent to join Math class on Google Classroom.
I am thrilled to be starting on this year's journey with your children! I look forward to watching them learn, grow and have a fantastic time in 5th grade!

Además, podrá comunicarse conmigo a través de Remind si tiene alguna inquietud con respecto al progreso académico de su hijo(a).
Por favor consulte la parte de abajo de este correo electrónico para ver los códigos de Google Classroom para las clases de música, computación, español, y educación física. Asegúrese que su hijo(a) se una (Join Class) a todas las clases antes mencionadas. También pídale a su niño(a) que revise su correo electrónico de la escuela y acepte la invitación que le mande para registrarse a la clase de matemáticas en Google Classroom.
