Create a poster that tells why it is important to save the rainforest! 

 

1. Title your poster: Save the Rainforest

 

2. Choose ONE of the reasons below as to why it is important to save the rainforest.

• Many medicines come from the rainforest.
• Many animals depend on the rainforest for food and protection. 
• All living things need the oxygen that the rainforests supply. 
• The rainforest is a source of many fruits and the cacao plant that gives us chocolate. 
• Wood, paper, and other wood products come from the rainforests' trees. 

 

3. State your reason clearly on the poster. 

 

4. Include pictures, illustrations, or drawings that demonstrate your idea. The pictures should cover the entire poster.

• please use provided poster board 
• any writing/illustrations on the poster should be large enough to read easily 
• your posters should be colorful and eye-catching 
• neatness and effort count
