Meet Ms. Hertzog!
The Basics:
Hi! My Name is Ms. Diana Hertzog! I will be your child’s 2nd grade teacher for the 2019-2020 school year! This will be my 14th year teaching at Cape Elementary and I am excited to make this my best year yet! I have 2 daughters, Francesca (11th grade) and Liliana (7th grade).
Childhood:
I grew up in Connecticut where I attended DC Moore Elementary for Kindergarten through 4th grade. I went to St. Vincent de Paul School for 5th grade. I then attended Baldwin Middle School for 6th-8th grade before graduating from Guilford High School in 1993.
Education:
In May of 1998, I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from Southern Connecticut State University. I also graduated from SCSU with a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education in 2007.
