Hello! I'm Kashada Beach, your child's first grade teacher. This is my sixth year teaching at J.I. Barron. I have three children of my own. Abby is 5 and is here at Barron in kindergarten. Macey is 2, and the newest Beach, Isaac, is 2 months. I believe teaching is a "team" effort. It is the responsibility of the parents, the teacher, and the student. I want my children to feel welcome and accepted in a happy, safe learning environment. I feel students learn through fun, interactive activities where we play as a team and share our friendship and good manners. First grade is one of the most important years in your child's education.
