Long-Term Plan for Behavior Management and Procedures

 

 

 

Classroom Rules: 

1. Respect Yourself and Others.
2. Be prompt and prepared.
3. Eating, drinking and chewing gum are prohibited.
4. Be responsible for your own actions.
5. Be alert and attentive.
6. Follow the teacher’s directions. 

 

Classroom Procedures:

1. Enter the Classroom before the tardy bell.
2. Sharp your pencils and sit in the allotted desk and start working on Bell Work.
3. During class, raise hand and wait patiently to be recognized.
4. When the bell rings the teacher will dismiss the class.
   
   

Possible Consequences:

1. Verbal warning.
2. Conference with student.
3. Parent contact.
4. Discipline referral.  

 

Possible Incentives:

1. Verbal Praise / Recognition.
2. Positive Note to Homes.
3. Recognition by Administration.
