Grading:

Each grading period will consist of the following: 

• chapter tests
• skills tests
• pop quizzes
• projects
• homework/participation

Attendance:                                       

It is your responsibility to make up missed work from an absence.  You will have five days from the day you return to make up your work only if you have an excused absence.  An excused absence is either a doctor’s excuse or a note from home signed by the office.  The excuse must be presented to me within 3 days of your return.  No Excuse = No Make-Up Test!

• Stay on top of things while you are absent
• If you are suspended, the highest you can score on a make-up exam is half credit! 

 

Expectations:

• Walk into class quietly and on time. 
• Bring your textbook and binder to class daily. 
• Sit in your assigned seat.
• Take care of your bathroom needs before you get to class.

 

If you are caught cheating, you will automatically receive a zero on the assignment.  Any suspicious behavior or communication during assignments is thought of as cheating.  During testing, there will beNO talking or communicating in any way until the last paper is turned in.
