The 2024-2025 school year is my 10th year teaching First Grade here at Cucinella after 9 years teaching third grade.  I feel so fortunate to spend each work day doing what I love - helping children to learn and grow both as students in our school and as people in our world.  I love to help you "grow your brain!"  I was lucky enough to be one of the founding teachers at BAC!  It is a wonderful school.

 

Before I became a teacher, I was a student in Long Valley, too!  It is a great place to grow up and learn.  I went to Kossman and Flocktown Schools when I was in elementary school.  After graduating from West Morris Central High School, I went to The College of New Jersey, where I double-majored in Education and Sociology.  

 

I was married to Mr. Draghi in 2008, and we spent a few years living in Mansfield, NJ before making Long Valley our home again!  It is so exciting to work AND live here.  We have three amazing daughters.  This year, my oldest daughter will be in 7th grade at LVMS.  My middle daughter will be in 4th grade and my youngest daughter will be in preschool here at Cucinella!
