Welcome to 3rd grade Science and Social Studies!

Science and Social Studies are my two favorite subjects so being able to teach them to your child is very exciting! I try to make each lesson interactive, fun and memorable. 

This is my 4th year teaching 3rd grade. Before making the move to 3rd grade I taught kindergarten for many years. I am a graduate of Salisbury University with a degree in Elementary Education and Psychology. 

I am married to Mr. Ballinger and have a two sons, Reid and Connor. I love spending as much time possible making my kids laugh and helping them explore new things. I have 6 neices and nephews that I also love to spoil. 

Long walks around Target, going to the beach, watching HGTV and cooking shows, and taking afternoon naps are my favorite things to do!
