   I hope every family had a wonderful, relaxing summer break! I am so excited to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year. I look forward to spending this school year with your students. 3rd grade is such a FUN year full of discovery in all subjects. We will learn many new things as we study the world around us.  My main goal is to develop a community of learners in my classroom where every student feels valued, safe, and can develop a true love for learning. It is important that your child realizes that they can do amazing things, and I am committed to instilling that confidence in them. It brings me so much joy thinking about the great year that we have ahead of us, and I am looking forward to working together to ensure that your child has all the tools that they need to succeed!

   I value guardian communication and involvement! Transparency and consistent communication is of utmost important to me between myself and the guardians of the students in our classroom. You are welcome to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. Our main form of communication will be through the remind app. I will be sure to share important things through remind, as well as fun updates about the amazing work that your students are doing.
