Homework Policy
Homework is practice and review of skills. Home work is your child's responsibility. It is important to allow the student to complete homework independently. If your child doesn't know how to do the assignment please ask questions to guide them to the solution or have them do their best. If it is incorrect, I will review with them the next day. This allows me the opportunity to assess students' learning. Please encourage your child to work neatly to produce quality work.
*Read WITH your child.
(Make reading enjoyable at home. Read together at bed time. Share reading and thoughts about what was read with your child. By doing this you are modeling good reading habits and skills for your child.)
Students will be responsible for completing assigned homework Monday through Thursday as assigned usually including:
AR
Math
(Topics are subject to change depending on need for review)
Homework should be returned the next day unless otherwise specified.
