Rules for ZOOM Meetings

• Be on time.
• Eat, use the restroom, and charge/plug in your device BEFORE the meeting starts.
• Stay in your seat during the meeting.  Leave your device in ONE place.
• Be prepared. Have ALL of your materials ready to go.
• Dress appropriately. NO PJs!
• Find a QUIET place away from distractions. NO TV! NO pets! NO toys! NO food!
• Stay on MUTE when you are NOT talking. Listen to the speaker.
• Turn your video ON! Check your surroundings.  Everyone can see everything!
• Click “Unmute” so others can hear you when speaking.
• RAISE your hand or click the blue hand if you have something to say.
• Turn your audio ON.
• Use headphones with a mic if necessary.
• Do your BEST work.
• At the END of the lesson, wave “Goodbye” and click “Leave Meeting”.
• Be kind and appropriate at all times.
