Zoom Instructions For Computer Users

1. Near the designated time, click on the meeting link your teacher sends to you.

2. If you have not previously used Zoom, click on “Download and Run Zoom”. If you have used Zoom previously and it is downloaded on your device, click on Open Zoom.

3. As soon as your teacher joins, the meeting room will pop up.

 

Zoom Instructions For iPad Users

1. Download the Zoom Cloud Meetings App from the App Store.

2. Open the app and tap “Join”.

3. Type in the Meeting ID Number your teacher sends you and click “Join’.

4. Tap “Open” to open the meeting in the Zoom app.

 

Tips For Using Zoom

• Make sure your microphone and camera are either ON or OFF. This can be changed by clicking on the arrow next to the microphone or camera in the bottom left of the screen.

• If you need to leave the meeting early or the meeting is over, click Leave Meeting in the lower right corner.

• Headphones will help block out background noise.
