--------Science/Academic Fair! It has become tradition that 3rd grade performs at the Science/Academic Fair.  This year we will perform on Thursday, May 3rd at 6 p.m. (please arrive at 5:45). The students need to bring their recorders and dress in their school uniform. I can't wait for you to hear us!

------Spring Fling was a rousing success!  I hope that everyone had a great time listening to Recorder Band and Eagle Chorus performing for the crowd.  They did an outstanding job!  Please see their page for information on upcoming rehearsal.

 

------Spring Fling! Spring Fling is on Friday, April 6. Recorder Band and Eagle Chorus are going to perform at the very beginning of this fun, family event!  Recorder Band will begin at 4:45 p.m. and Eagle Chorus will be right afterwards, approximately 5:15.  the Music Department hopes to see you there!

 

 

----All County Elementary Choir happened on Thursday, March 8 and was FABULOUS! Congratulations to the 4 Fifth grade girls who participated; you did an outstanding job and I believe you even had a great time doing it!

 

 

-----Second and Third grades families: The Holiday Program is in the books and what a wonderful time it was! Thank you to all who made it possible and so much fun!

 

--Fourth Grade Friday, November 10 at 9:15 a.m. performance was WONDERFUL and the Fourth Grade showed all their hard work off. I think that they even enjoyed themselves!  

 

 

--- Rockin' Recorders and Eagle Chorus had a fabulous performance on Monday, December 11 at Winn Dixie!  Thank you to all that came....

The expectation of the Music Department here at J. Colin English is that everyone comes prepared to try different aspects of music whether it be playing an instrument, singing, movement or a combination of the three! Mrs. Jaskier incorporates all of these things in a music class so there is something for every child to experience!
