Dear Parents,

I am pleased to introduce myself to you!  I have been teaching students at the elementary level in Hopewell Valley Regional School District since 1984.  I earned my undergraduate elementary education degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and graduate degree in School Counseling and Personnel Services from The College of New Jersey.  My experience in the school district has been in both teaching and guidance counseling. I am a community member and proud parent of my daughter in middle school and son in high school.  As a parent, I could not be more happy with the education that the school district has provided for my own children.  I hope that you, too, will feel the same way about the education that your child is receiving at Stony Brook Elementary School!

A Note for Parents About Homework:

I do understand that there are unforeseen happenings in family life, so if your student is not able to complete a homework assignment, please send me an email or write a note in their assignment pad.  I will ask the student to make up the assignment and it will not be marked late.  Also, if  your student has much difficulty with an assignment,  please jot me a note and I will work with them on it.

The best way to contact me is by email.  I am happy to set up in-person or a phone conferences with you as needed.   I am very excited to be working with your child this year!
