for Outstanding Educator Award for Academic Excellence Banquet

The Dover Chamber of Commerce and Dover High School are making plans to co-host the seventeenth annual Academic Excellence Awards Banquet to honor students in grades 9-12 who are in the top 10% of their class.  Additionally, two other individuals will be honored.  The faculty of the school will be nominating and selecting a Community Member of the Year who volunteers time and/or finances for the furthering of education in the Dover School District, and the Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting nominations for an Outstanding Educator.  This person can be an educator in any of the three schools on the Dover campus.

If you would like to nominate someone who is an educator in the Dover School District, please put in writing the reasons you believe this person is deserving of this award, and mail it to Richard Harmon, Dover Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 731, Dover, AR  72837.

Please consider the persons who have inspired or motivated your children, or have gone above and beyond the call of duty for all of our students, and send in your nomination no later than Monday, May 22, 2017.
