Please be on the lookout for Progress Reports and 6 week report cards! They will be sent home this Friday, September 15th. Also, if your child has a 73 or lower, they will bring home a grade sheet for each class they are in danger of failing. Please sign those and return them to school.
We will work with you to help improve grades to the best of our ability! However, that starts with open communication and your child being an active part of their learning day. Please encourage them to be involved in the learning process, complete work, and develop amazing study habits!
I will be teaching Langauge Arts and Reading blocks for 6th and 7th grade, and Co-Teaching 8th grade Math.
*Please remember to check Edmodo regularly for Study Guides, Homework, and posted classwork, so you can help your child keep up with their assignments, and see the wonderful work they are doing in school!
As we move through this year, it is my on-going goal to work closely with you and your child to ensure they receive the best opportunites to learn, flourish, and grow as a student and as a citizen of our school.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
