 About Me....

  Nancy Puga- MEd.

I was born in a beautiful country of Ecuador- South America-  Ecuador was one of the five countries of the Gran Colombia. During my childhood, I was inspired to became a teacher by my mother. She gave me the opportunity to view the school enviroment very closely, that experience greatly affected my life. I was a  middle  and high school teacher in Ecuador for about five years. Then, I moved to America in 1999. In 2010, I finished my Masters in Education focus on ESOL, at Kennesaw State University.

I have two children, a boy and a girl. I am bilingual, I speak English and Spanish. I like to travel  to know different cultures, languages, and food around the world.  I visit my country very often to see my family and taste our delicious Ecuadorian food.

I truly enjoy and have a passion to teach students from different countries, cultures, and languages. I understand their needs and barriers because my expericnces in a multicultural society taught me how to connect to their lives.
