Happy October! The students have had a great adjustment to Resource Room and are working hard. They willingly come to class and enjoy all of our learning activities. Please look for any additional information that may be coming home in the student's folder regarding October events. The links to the right of my page are to educational websites the students can use to practice their reading and math skills! I also gave the link for my Classdojo page and my Google Classroom page. Please click on your child's grade level to see any announcements and information!
This month, we will be focusing a great deal on letters, sounds, short vowel words, digraphs, power words, shapes, numbers, and various strategies for solving addition and subtraction problems. Our October projects will be on display for the month. This month, we will be making pumpkins and cats and writing spooky riddles.
