Happy May! The students have been very busy and are excited about all of the activities planned for May. They are continuing to be positive and determined to meet their own individual goals. I am very proud of their progress and I am positive they will be ready for their next grade level come September. The links to the right of my page are to educational websites the students can use to practice their reading and math skills! I also gave the link for my Classdojo page and my Google Classroom page. This month, we will be focusing a great deal on cvc words, sight words, reading stories, answering comprehension questions, place value, shapes, and addition and subtraction facts through various math strategies. Our May projects will be on display for the month. We will be writing about our favorite spring activity and making flowers and butterflies.
