I will be the Language Arts Resource teacher for the 2005-2006 school year. I will be working in small groups with children to build their strengths in Language Arts. I will follow the curriculum of the 7th and 8th grade Language Arts class.
Materials needed:
Every student is required to have the following items in class daily;
Writing utensil (pen or pencil)
Language Arts notebook (spiral or composition)
Folder, Sourcebook and Readers notebook (supplied by teacher)
Class rules:
Homework:
Homework will be assigned everyday. Students will have all homework assignments written in their school agendas. Homework helps students maintain and acquire academic skills and is an important part of the learning process.
