Welcome to Mr. Cirino's web page!!!

About me - My name is Rob Cirino and I have been a teacher in the Bridgewater Rairitan school district for fifteen years, all teaching Health and Physical Education. I was also a student in the Bridgewater Raritan school district as a child and my favorite class was always physical education. Like most physical education teachers, I love sports, I love to play fun games, and I love to keep moving, especially running. I also love dogs and love to cook!

This year our Physical Education program will continue to develop the gross and fine motor skills of all of students. We have new and exciting lessons and activities to help meet the needs of each and every student while also providing them with an enjoyable experience. We are very excited for the school year ahead and the positive experiences to come for all of our students!

Students & Parents, we will begin the school year going over classroom routines, procedures, heights and weights, and beginning actitvities from our curriculum. On weather appropriate days, we head outside for our Fun Run warm up in preparation for our school wide Fun Run event. As we move into the colder months classes will be inside. Please be aware of your physical education class days and dress appropriately. While we are indoors our focus will turn to fun indoor activities that develop our skills. These will include Nuke Em', Crab Soccer, Basketball Games, Crabs & Lobsters, Math in Action and more!

FUN RUN NOVEMBER 3RD!!!!!

Our JFK cubs have been working their very best during our training runs in preparation for our school wide event. Students are working their way up to a full mile on the day of our big event. It has been wonderful seeing all of our students improve everyday. Our emphasis during these trainings and on event day is each student competing against themself and working to improve. This is an event all about personal improvement whether it be through walking, jogging, and at times running. At no times are are we or will be requring or asking students to work at level they are not comfortable with. We are looking forward to an exciting day!
