Hi, my name is Qiana Smith. This is my 1st year here at Nesom Middle School. I am a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University where I received a B.A. in General Studies. I graduated from Southern University A&M, where I received a M.A. in Educational Administration and Supervision. I am certified Elementary 1-5. I am originally from Houston, Texas, but I now live in Hammond with my three children, Qimone, MaQai and Bailey. Qimone is in the ninth grade this year. MaQai is in the fourth grade. Bailey is my energetic 2year old daughter. In our spare time, we love traveling, watching movies, visiting family, going to sports games, and going shopping together.
I'm looking forward to this school year at Nesom Middle School. Great things are happening here with Mr. Keith leading us this year. My goal is for my students, parent/guardians and I to work as a team to make the year a success!
