Periods 2, 3, 5 and 7 this year are Advanced Placement Psychology courses.  This class moves at a rapid pace where students need to be avid readers to do well and keep up with the material.  The AP Exam given by College Board/AP Central will be administered for AP Psychology on May 9th, 2024 at noon.  This time frame is the equivalent of about three marking period or so of our school year at BHS.  Students need to be dedicated in their studies of various topics related to the study of human behavior and the reasons we behave a certain way.  Students will complete a research paper for the 4th marking period of this course.

Period 8 is a regular psychology class that, like the above mentioned classes, studies human behavior.  This class has the luxury of four marking periods to complete similar material as the AP course so there will be many opportunities to discuss specific issues in detail as well as students having the opportunity learn more about themselves in class.
