"If students can not learn in the way in which we teach,

then we need to teach in the way in which they learn."

I am Danielle Hoffpauir.  I am in my 15th year of teaching. I taught 4th grade special education in Vernon Parish for 3 years. I taught kindergarten/1st grade max resource for 10 years and now I am a special education resource teacher at K. R. Hanchey. I am in room 33A on Hall C- Blue Hall. I love working with children. The best part about teaching is seeing the excited faces of the children when they learn something new. I love to see them finally understand a concept that was difficult for them. Most of all, I love the hugs and unconditional love from a child.

     This is my beautiful family!!

I am so blessed!! I am married to the most wonderful man and we have four beautiful daughters. We also have a very spoiled little yorkie dog named Samson (shhhh....he doesn't know he's a dog) and an equally spoiled cat named Tom.  We have lived in DeRidder for over 13 years and love the area. My daughters are 19, 6, 3, and 1. My husband works in Leesville. We attend Christway Church in DeRidder.

I am so excited about this year! We are going to learn and grow so much!

Enjoy the websites on my page. They are all fun and educational. There are read alouds and games. Your child will love them.

If you visit the Beauregard Parish Library site and click on Tumble E-Books, your child can listen to stories online.

Feel free to email me at dhoffpauir@beau.k12.la.us or call me at school (463-4479). I will return your message or call as soon as I am able to.

Have a blessed day!!
