TO REPORT YOUR CHILD ABSENT

Please call the Absent Hotline and state the following information: child’s name, homeroom, the nature of the illness, and the anticipated length of absence.  You can also request home at this time.  Teachers will have the requested homework in the office at 2:30 p.m.  Please let us know if you will be picking up the homework in the office or the name of the student that will be bringing it home.

Note:
The Attendance Coordinator is Mrs. Molignano  (Phone: 908-859-0278; email: [email protected]).  In addition to notifying your child’s teacher for upcoming absences or when your child will not be in school, please notify her so that your child’s absence is accountable for. Thank you.

NOTES
We appreciate all the notes we receive from parents the day a child returns to school. This not only helps us keep accurate records, but also alerts us to any special care your child may need, when recovering from an illness. A doctor’s note is always appreciated.

For your convenience, we have linked a printable note.  It can be used when your child is sick/tardy, or for an early pickup.
