Welcome Parents, Students, and Visitors to Mr. Rivas's website.
About The Teacher
Welcome back to Memorial High School for the 2024-2025 school year. My name is Mr. Rivas
and I am excited to begin my 26th year here at Memorial High School. I received my Bachelor’s
Degree from St. Peter's College. I am a former graduate of Memorial High School and it is my
homeaway from home. Outside of academics, I enjoy sports. This includes baseball, football, and
basketball. You'll see me many a times at MHS sporting events. GoTIGERS!
Mission Statement
As a teacher, my mission is to inspire every student to become a determined, independent, critical
thinker who can contribute to society.
I hope you enjoy your time in my class - hopefully, it will be a meaningful
time for both of us! We will definitely have a lot of fun and maybe we'll
be able to sneak in some learning at the same time!
