Bienvenidos a un nuevo año escolar, despues de todo las experiencias vividas con Covid y su evolución. Siempre es bueno saber que nuestras vidas siguen y con mucho esfuerzo y constacia estamos aqui devuelta en nuestro segundo hogar, MHS.
Yo soy maestra de Español de la secundaria básica de Memorial High School en West New York, NJ. Me gusta mi profesión, ya que con ello, contribuyo a mantener nuestra cultura y nuestro idioma en este país. Los niveles que imparto son: 1M y 2M, que es un español intermedio con lo que preparo a los estudiante para un nivel más avanzado.
Las calificaciones de los estudiantes serán basadas de acuerdo a la participación individual y en equipo, proyectos en clase, tareas, y exámenes. Durante mis clases yo siempre trato de mantener a los alumnos al día con las notícias y acontecimientos mundiales.
25% partcipacion individual y en equipo 25% proyectos en clases y tareas 50% examenes
Si los estudiantes necesitan ayuda extra, siempre seran bienvenidos a contar conmigo como su maestra de Español.

Welcome to a new school year, after all the experiences with Covid and its
evolution, it is good to know that our lives continue and with a lot of effort and
perseverance we are back here in our second home, MHS.
I am a Spanish teacher from Memorial High School in West New York, NJ. I like my profession and with that in mind, I help contribute to keep alive our language and culture in this country. The levels that I teach are: 1M and 2M, these are intermediate Spanish courses which will prepare students for a more advanced level.
Students will be graded on class assistance, participation, class assignments, individual and group projects, homework, and testing. During all my classes, I try to keep students informed of any local and world news.

Students are always welcome to approach me as their Spanish teacher if any extra help or assistance is required.
Under a new state law in New Jersey, bullies in New Jersey can be reported to the police by their classmates this fall through anonymous tips to the Crimestoppers hot line.
