Dear West New York Families,

It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself as the Bilingual Master Teacher for Grades K-6.  My name is Yvonne Schiller-Florio and I have been in the district for 29 years. I have worked with bilingual, ESL and monolingual students.  I was also a Bilingual Reading Specialist for 8 years and am familiar with many strategies that will help students learn how to read and become excellent learners. I taught grades 1 and 2 as well.  I will help your children have a successful 2024-2025 school year by sharing strategies and lessons and collaborating with teachers.
