Hi, and welcome to my classroom webpage! I have lived in Albany for 13 years and will be starting my 21st year of teaching. My career began in East Baton Rouge Parish, where I grew up, but Tangipahoa Parish claims the majority of my years.
In 1996 I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University where I earned a B.A. in elementary and special education. I also attended Walden University (Minneapolis, MN) where I earned an M.S. degree in reading & literacy.
My interests include reading, cycling, and traveling.
