Adapted physical education is specially designed physical education for students with disabilities who may not safely or successfully engage in unrestricted participation in the vigorous activities of the regular physical education program on a ful-time basis, and for the children with disabilities aged three through five who meet specific criteria.

Each student has an individualized IEP that has specific goals/objectives set up for that students needs.  Students will be evaluated based on their unique goals on their IEP. Goals on student IEP's will be addressed throughout the school year along with various gross and fine motor skills, individually and in group settings.

Students are graded as followed:
     -- Achieved
     -- Satisfactory
     -- Needs Improvement
     -- Not Introduced
