       Our goal is to encourage a healthy lifestyle for every child.

 

 

 

   While we are practicing distance learning I encourage you to get plenty of exercise.  Try to exercise at least 60 min. per day. You may want to do some of the exercises that we learned during P.E. this year. Here are a few links to exercise videos you can also use.

Remember to try to get outside when you can.  It's good to get fresh air and sunshine.  Also, eat healthy foods.  Get plenty of fruits and vegetables.
