Welcome to our classroom!! We will be having an excellent year this year. There will be lots of fun work to do and we will be working hard to develop ourselves both mentally and socially throughout the entire school year.

6th Grade Math - We will explore mathematics this year using the Illustrative Math Program (Zearn), which is student centered, meaning that students will be more responsible for their own learning. Students will work on problem based situations to develop a greater understanding of various phases of mathematics. Our goal is to work hard and work together to create a positive learning environment for all. Expectations are high, so be prepared at all times and remember to always give your best effort!!! I understand that we are likely to encounter difficulties throughout virtual learning, but we must maintain a positive attitude and a willingless to learn. Together, we will make progress and improve ourselves consistently so long as we communicate and TRY OUR BEST!
