The library is also a media center where technology is a key element in the learning process. As technology evloves, I will be working with students and teachers in using the most recent and useful learning programs. This year, the students will be using Padlet, Storboard That, Google Slides and Docs amoung other emerging technology opportunities.
We will be working on the STEAM initiatives, undertanding the design process, learinging from failures & continuing to improve our learning. We will be working on hands-on, student-led projects in our maker spaces during the 2020-2021 school year. I look forward to completing these DIY learning experiences with your child.
My goal as a school librarian is to create self-directed, life-long learners!
