5 Accelerated Reader points are due each 9 weeks in reading. 3 of those points are due by interim. These points can be earned by reading books and taking the tests on the books on the computer. A brief summary of each chapter will need to be written before the test can be taken. Most books are worth three to five points each.

Students must read 4^th grade or above books. No "picture" books. (Diary of a Whimpy Kid)

Tests are not to be taken without Mrs. Anderson's permission.
