  • Whats Happening in Physical Education

 

 


*1st - 5th grade students will practice the Fitness Test throughout the school year. 4th and 5th grade students will take the Fitness Gram Assessment between January and April.  Each student should be practicing on their push-ups, curl-ups, and sit & reach (flexibility) at home.

All grade levels work on fitness each day in PE.  We focus on one of the 5 components of fitness (muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibiltiy, cardiovascular endurance, and agility) each day.

Field Days will be in May.  We hope that everyone can come out and experience the day with us!
