Use the formulas:
Perimeter = (2 x L) + (2 x W)
Area = Length x Width

Remember the facts for the "area" number. Watch to the left as perimeter and area are shown.
You may need to try a different set of factors.
For example, 12 = 1 x 12, 2 x 6, 3 x 4
Keep increasing levels. On Level 3, you must subtract the missing part.
Goal: Cover the entire grid; don't skip around.
