Ms. Bauman's Science Class

Dear Students and parents/guardians,

Welcome to 8th Grade Science! My name is Ms. Bauman and I am excited to be your science teacher this year. I look forward to getting to know each of my students and helping them become confident, curious, and engaged learners. Throughout the year we will explore topics such as energy and motion, evolution, and the solar system while developing important skills in observation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning from one another. You will find grading policies in the tab on the left hand side.

I look forward to working together with students and families to make this a successful and enjoyable school year!
