I would like to take this time to welcome you to the 2025–2026 school year at Saint Martinville Senior High School. I am truly excited to begin this journey with you and your child, and I have many engaging plans in place to ensure we have a successful and memorable year together.
This will be my first-year teaching, and I am honored to return to my alma mater, graduating from SMSH in the Class of 2017. I earned my Bachelor of Science in General Studies, with a minor in Juvenile Behavioral Studies and a concentration in Child Development, from The Grambling State University. I then continued my education at McNeese State University, where I obtained my Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Paralegal Studies.
I am enthusiastic about having your child in my class this year. Our classroom will be full of meaningful activities, firsthand learning opportunities, and growth-focused experiences. I believe that strong parent–teacher relationships are essential to student success, and I look forward to building that partnership with you. Together, we can create and maintain a learning environment where every student can thrive.
