Hello! My name is Blake, and I am so excited to be teaching 7th grade ELA and Social Studies at Vidrine Elementary this year! I am originally from Pine Prairie, where I graduated high school. I have lived in Natchitoches for the past 5 years, where I attended college at NSU. My fiance Shelbi and I are so excited to have welcomed our son, Beauden Drake, to the world on August 7! This will be my first year teaching, and I am thrilled to begin in this profession. I am so thankful for all of the support that I have received from the community and staff as I transition in this chapter of life, and I hope to be the best teacher possible for your children.
